Amusement Park Installation Crew Member

Position Reports to: Installer Foreman
Location: Traveling to different job sites
Salary range: DOE
Pay Status: Hourly (Base pay + per diem + travel expenses)
Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Position Summary:

This position is a hardworking, self-motivated individual who will travel to various national & some international locations for installation of Trampoline Parks, as well as performing maintenance when needed. This is a skilled labor position that will require fast-paced physical exertion throughout most of the day's work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Travel to install trampoline parks in different locations around the country and the world (6 to 8 week trips with 1 week off in between trips)
  • Follow all instructions to ensure safety
  • Install trampoline parks
  • Load and unload supply trucks following instructions from experienced install foreman (using forklifts, team lifting, organized process)
  • Inventory the material delivered by trucks
  • Read blueprints
  • Organize and assemble according to blueprints
  • Install safety foam pads and prefabricated steel trampoline parts to create various parts of the trampoline parks
  • Inspect equipment before each use
  • Drill holes into concrete to bolt trampolines to ground
  • Operate forklift and scissor lift (preferred - must be certified)
  • Square and chalk areas
  • Hang black lights using a ladder or scissor lift - must be properly trained and follow safety rules
  • Hang and spring trampolines
  • Place plywood on decks
  • Hang nets and cable
  • Perform maintenance for trampoline parks

Requirements:

  • Able to travel to different locations, some international. (6 to 8 week trips with 1 week off in between trips)
  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • Valid Passport Required

Personal Protection Equipment (PPE):

  • Steel-toed shoes
  • Safety glasses
  • Gloves
  • Hard Hat
  • Ear protection (might be needed)

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 to 12 months of construction or related experience

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and move around for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have the ability to climb ladders and stand for long periods of time. This is a physical job, requiring this individual to get their hands dirty. Physical labor includes walking, climbing, squatting, stooping, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, etc.
